Privacy notice
This notice covers the cyberdynamic.org website. It does not cover personal data processed under a client or research agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Pending legal review. This notice accurately describes how the website is built and what it does. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified adviser, and it does not yet name the data controller, its registered address or a supervisory authority — those are added once the business confirms them.

What this website collects
Very little, by design. cyberdynamic.org is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, embeds no third-party trackers, and loads no fonts, scripts or media from external services. Nothing on the site profiles you or follows you between sites.
Because there are no cookies or similar technologies used for anything beyond delivering the page you asked for, the site does not show a cookie banner. That is not an oversight.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served — typically the requesting IP address, the time of the request, the resource requested, the response status and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the service running securely and to diagnose faults. They are not used to build a profile of visitors and are not combined with any other data.
Email you send us
If you email one of the addresses published on this site, we process the content of your message and your contact details for the purpose of replying to you and, where relevant, managing the resulting relationship. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and for any record-keeping obligation that applies, then delete it.
Please do not send special-category data, clinical information about identifiable individuals, or material covered by another party's confidentiality obligations in an initial email. If you need a secure channel, ask and we will arrange one.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is disclosed only to service providers acting on our instructions — hosting and email providers — or where we are legally required to disclose it.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
