We hire people who are comfortable being told their favourite approach is the wrong one, and who will say the same to us. Most of the work sits between disciplines, so the ability to be usefully wrong outside your specialism matters more than depth alone.

No roles are open at the moment. We still read speculative applications, and we keep them on file when there is a plausible fit.

This is where our work concentrates, not a filter. If you do something adjacent that you think we are missing, say so — that is a more interesting application than one that matches the list.

Built around a real problem in your area, with the constraints made explicit. No timed puzzles, no unpaid project work.
Meeting the people you would work with
Including time to ask them the things you would rather not ask an interviewer.
