This site is built to WCAG 2.2 level AA. This statement sets out what that means in practice, what has actually been verified, and what has not been tested yet.

How the site is built
cyberdynamic.org is served as static HTML. Every page works without JavaScript, including the navigation menu on small screens. Content is structured with real headings, lists and landmarks rather than styled containers, so it can be navigated by structure in a screen reader.
- A skip link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Keyboard focus is always visible and follows the reading order.
- Text meets at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background in both light and dark appearance.
- The layout reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling and remains usable at 200% text size.
- Animation is limited to short transitions, and is disabled entirely when your system requests reduced motion.
- No content depends on colour alone, and nothing on the site autoplays, flashes or moves without your input.
What has been verified
Contrast ratios, heading structure, landmark regions, keyboard operability and behaviour with JavaScript disabled have been checked during development.
What has not
This site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, and it has not been tested end to end with every combination of assistive technology and browser. We have not claimed conformance beyond what we have checked ourselves. An external audit is the correct next step and the statement will be updated with its findings.
